We encourage families to get to know us during the in-home visit. A member of our team will carefully evaluate your loved one’s needs, as well as the needs of your family. Together, we will set care goals, conduct fall prevention and home safety checks, and review costs and funding options. We will complete a thorough assessment of your loved one’s physical, mental, and social needs. This assessment forms the foundation of a personalized care plan, which the caregiver will follow at every visit.

We believe a successful home care experience begins with a warm, trusting connection between your loved one and their caregiver. Using what we have learned about your loved one’s personality, preferences, and needs, we carefully select a caregiver who is the best fit to provide comfort, support, and companionship.

We are committed to ensuring your loved one receives the highest standard of care. We check in at the end of the first shift, the first week, the second week, the first month, and every month thereafter. Our team also conducts routine supervisory visits and reassessments to confirm that all needs are being met and to adjust the care plan whenever necessary.
